Scope of Services
MTech Media provides a range of digital marketing services to help businesses enhance their online presence and achieve their growth objectives. These services include Local SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation.
Clients can leverage MTech Media's expertise in these areas to improve their search engine visibility, drive targeted traffic, engage with their audience, and create compelling content that resonates with their target market.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing MTech Media with accurate and up-to-date information, assets, and approvals necessary to execute the agreed-upon digital marketing strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, providing access to relevant accounts, supplying content and creative materials, and approving any proposed changes or campaigns.
Clients must also adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, including timely payment of invoices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the digital marketing services provided by MTech Media remain the property of the agency, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property created by MTech Media for the duration of the service agreement, solely for the purpose of their digital marketing campaigns.
Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the service agreement with MTech Media by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Clients may be subject to early termination fees or penalties, depending on the terms of the agreement.
MTech Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or if the client's actions are deemed to be harmful to the agency's reputation or operations.
